Educating the Less Fortunate
Who We Are
Supporting 13 schools in 13 Free Methodist Churches.
OVER 1,000 CHILDREN SUPPORTED
Our History
International Child Care Ministries began in Kenya in July 1996 as an initiative to help Rwandese refugee children who had settled in Kenya, have education.
Gradually, local children began to benefit from the schools that were run within Free Methodist churches, in their communities. These churches played a big role in ensuring there was a community that cared for the sponsored children.
Church workers and Pastors children were also sponsored through ICCM.
Our mission
Since its inception, over 10,000 have benefited from being sponsored through primary, secondary and tertiary education.
Currently, ICCM Kenya supports 13 schools in 13 Free Methodist Churches. These schools are in various counties and support more than 400 children.
In partnership with the global Free Methodist Church, ICCM Kenya advocates for the spiritual, physical, cognitive, and social development of children.
